1 ORDERING
1.1 What are the FLASH care instructions?.
Care instructions can be found on the tag of your item. However, in general, machine wash in cold water( 30C) with like colours. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat, and never use dryer sheets. We also recommend that you place your apparel in a garment bag to protect it from snags caused by Velcro®, eye hooks, or other sharp objects that can be found on other clothing.
 
1.2 If I cannot find a particular product online, does this mean it is discontinued?
Our stock range fluctuates on a daily basis. Therefore, if the product you are currently trying to find is not online, we advise you to either check our website regularly or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new product featured online.
 
1.3 Do I need to make an account before I order?
You can make a purchase on our website either as a registered customer or as a guest. You do not necessarily have to make an account with us.

1.5 Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard shipping, express shipping and also deliver to pickup locations.
 
1.6 I just placed an order. When will it be shipped out?

Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, it will be processed immediately. If you place your order in the morning, most likely it will be shipped out on the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

 

Please note that, if you place your order on a Friday afternoon, the package will be shipped out the following Monday only.

*We deliver free worldwide from € 179,- purchases and over and aim to deliver fast while striving to provide the cheapest rates. Worldwide delivery takes between 3 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shopping from the EU and the UK :

 

You will get an automated message once your order has been shipped out. Our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands and delivery times take between 1-3 working days in the EU and the UK.

 

Shopping from the United States of America:

  • Estimated delivery time to the United States is 7 – 10 working days
  • When shopping from the United States, the VAT charged at 21% is not applicable. Prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.
  • All moneys charged will be in Euro (€).
  • The cost of delivery will be displayed in your shopping basket.
  • In some countries, sports goods are subject to customs and duty charge which can vary from country to country. Customers are expected to verify the charge from their local customs and revenue office and settle it. We are not responsible for these duties / tax.

2.2 What do I have to do if I have purchased a faulty or defective item online?

Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and a team member will be happy to assist you. Also, please provide us with pictures of the defect for more visibility.

2.3 What do I have to do if an item that I received looks different to the image on the website?

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team and let us know. Also please send us a picture so that we are able verify that you have not received the wrong item.

3 RETURNS
3.1 How can I return products purchased online?

We have a 14-day returns policy and all goods must be returned within that period. All items must be in a resalable condition with no tags cut off and be returned in the original box. Please sent a email to suppo[email protected] with a clear description of what item you want to return and we will reserve the article requested immediate.

 

3.2 How do I receive my refund?

The refund always goes back to the initial payment method. This includes credit cards as well as PayPal accounts.

3.3 When will I receive the money for my returned goods?

From the moment that you have sent back items to our European warehouse in the Netherlands, it can take up to 14 days until your account is credited. Please note that if you have returned products with a carrier of your own choice, the shipping process might take longer.
